Led by Simone Rossi

Simone Rossi is a digital strategist, organizer, and content creator with over eight years of experience at the intersection of politics, media, and culture. She has worked across campaigns, advocacy organizations, and media companies from field organizing in battleground states to digital strategy at the national level.

Her background spans Crooked Media, NextGen America, and Movement Labs, where she served as Manager of Mass Mobilization and ran Rapid Recruit, a national SMS mobilization program that sent over 20 million texts across 100+ campaigns in partnership with more than 40 progressive organizations.

She has also built and managed online communities from the ground up — including the Friends of the Pod Discord server at Crooked Media, which grew to 13,000 members in her tenure — and now offers Discord server launches as a standalone service.

Simone brings that same strategic rigor to cultural impact work by helping public figures, talent, and brands develop the goodwill partnerships, public narrative, and presence strategy that make their work land with the audiences that matter most.
